How to Make Perfect Ogi with Bubbles
Simple steps to enjoy smooth, lump-free, authentic ogi—just the way it’s meant to be.
Step 1
Scoop 2 tablespoons of Bubbles ogi from the pouch into a clean bowl. A little goes a long way for a rich, satisfying serving.
Step 2
Add a small amount of cold water and mix thoroughly. This helps loosen the thick ogi powder and prevents lumps later.
Step 3
Stir well until the mixture is completely smooth. Adjust with more water depending on whether you prefer your ogi thick or drinkable.
Step 4
Pour in freshly boiled water (right after turning off the heat). Add gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
Step 4
If the ogi doesn’t set fully, microwave for 15 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 15 seconds. This ensures even thickness without lumps.
Step 5
Your ogi should now be smooth, thick, and beautifully colored—just like freshly made ogi back home. Pair with Akara or enjoy as is.
